WaterHope Trece Martires is managed by TSPI, it had its soft launch last February 2013 and became fully operational by April of the same year.  It already accredited 82 dealers and is currently engaged in recruiting more especially from the far areas. It sells an average of 78,000 liters of water monthly.  Plans for the community center include a preschool, livelihood programs and health programs. It also houses a superstore, a wholesale store of small-serve consumer goods for small variety store owners in the community
